Managing Your Prospects

DoorLoop defines a prospect as a potential tenant who has been qualified as fitting certain criteria. Prospects should fit your target market, have the means to lease your property, and are authorized to make buying decisions

Prospect Overview

Global

DoorLoop’s default display will show you the following information for each prospect:

• Prospect Name
• Status
• Current Address
• Expected Move-in Date
• Contact Information
• Open Tasks with Assignee

To search for a particular prospect, simply type the name into the search bar at the top of the page and DoorLoop will present all related prospects.

Individual

When clicking on any prospect card, you will enter the prospect focus page. Here you will be able to see all of the related information associated with the prospect. This information is collated from across the DoorLoop ecosystem.

• Create New Task/Application/Draft Lease
• Prospect Property Requirement Information
• Monthly Income
• Move-in Date
• Lead Source
• Credit Score
• Contact Information
• Interests
• Address
• Tasks: View, edit and create prospect specific tasks
• Notes: Central location for all notes on the prospect
• Files: View all files related to the prospect such as signed lease copies

Filters

Prospects in DoorLoop can be managed via a selection of searchable filters described below. In order to display the available filters, click on the filter icon to the right of the search bar.
Group -
Property - Select between to display the prospects associated with a specific property address
Status - View all prospects in one of the following:

• Current
• Past
• Future

Editing a Prospect

DoorLoop allows you to edit each prospect by clicking on the three dots on the right hand side of each prospect card. Once selected you will be edit the following information:

• Personal Information
• Contact Information
• Address
• Alternate Address
• Marketing Profile

Any changes made here will be instantly updated across DoorLoop
