How Do I Upgrade My Plan?

If you would like to upgrade your plan, you can quickly and easily do so by going into your settings. We will walkthrough the process of upgrading your plan.

A. Select the "Settings" tab in the left-hand column.
B. Select the "Subscription" button found under the "Company" section of the settings.
C. On the Subscription Details page, you will be able to select the "Update Plan" button under your current subscription information.
D. After you select the "Update Plan" button, you will be redirected to the "Subscribe to a plan" page where you can increase/decrease the unit amount, set your plan for monthly or annually, or switch between DoorLoop Basic, DoorLoop Standard, and DoorLoop Pro.
E. If you want to update your current plan, select the "Update Plan" button under your current subscription plan.
F. If you want to upgrade from DoorLoop Basic to DoorLoop Standard or DoorLoop Pro, select the "Upgrade Plan" button.
G. After you click either "Upgrade Plan" or "Update Plan", you will see the "Subscription Checkout" page, where you can enter your payment method and information or modify your saved payment method and information by selecting the "change" button next to "Payment Method".
H. You also have the option of modifying "Your Plan" by selecting the "change" button to the right of "Your Plan" if you want to change the number of units or your payment frequency (Monthly or Annually).
I. When you have entered your desired payment method/information and are happy with the plan selected, select the "Update Subscription" button to upgrade your DoorLoop plan.
J. You have now upgraded your DoorLoop Plan!
